Shipping policy

Items will normally be dispatched within 1-2 business days (Mon - Fri) using a 48 hour recorded postage service. Please allow 5 business days before you contact us about your delivery.  

We cannot guarantee 3-5 business days for the standard shipping option as, on rare occasions, delivery can take up to 2 weeks due to delays with the courier that is unfortunately out of our control. If your items have not been delivered within 2 weeks we will happily replace or refund the items. Please contact us in advance if you require express shipping (fees will apply). 

For International orders, we use Royal Mail International service as standard. This service can sometimes take 2 - 4 weeks. We cannot be held responsible for customs hold ups but we will issue a refund if you order has still not arrived after 8 weeks.

Duties and taxes: Please consider checking if any customs duties and taxes will be payable before placing your order. Doll Faced Cosmetics are not responsible for taxes on international shipments, this is the buyers liability.
