Refund policy

If you have changed your mind, you can return any unused items within 30 days for a refund or replacement. We are only able to offer a replacement if the item is in stock. Please contact us within 7 days to let us know that you will be returning items.

Simply return it in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. If the item was faulty or damaged when delivered, an exchange or refund will be offered. Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery if the item arrived damaged. We may also ask for a photo of the damage. 

Cancelled orders may incur a 10% restocking fee and any financial charges incurred by the business will be deducted from the refund.

Return postage to be paid by customer. Please contact us at hello@dollfacedcosmetics.co.uk if you are going to be returning items and we will provide you with return details.

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please let us know.
